I come from a long line of cabinet makers. My Grandfather made the staircase in Liberty of London and taught me from an early age the fundamentals of make beautiful interior furniture.

I source my wood locally in the west of England, where Ash, Oak, Cherry and Beech are in abundance. These woods are a delight to work and produce a superb finish.

I use many hand tools, some of which are over a hundred years old and work as well as the day they were made. 'A good tool is never wasted' - many of these tools are on their third generation of user and will be handed down the generations in time to come.
